Summer is HERE....

Ok.....I am sweating. This is a sign that summer is here.
Another sign of summer is all the good shows are finishing off their finale season. Desperate Housewife - done, David Cook won American Idol - yeah!!, Lost finale next week, Grey's finale - done, CSI finale etc etc.....
So what am I going to do? I better start doing something.....
Oh yeah, what about losing some weight for the summer?
