True friends

Work is driving me up the wall. Infact by the end of the day I was driving back with a heavy head. It feels like all your troubles, all the conversations, all the issues are being carried by my poor little head.

I think I lost my handsfree kit cos I can't find it anywhere. It is frustrating especially when I wanna talk on the phone while driving. My speaker phone does not work as well sometimes. But today as I was driving back I needed someone to talk to so I called DS. He was nice enough to entertain me. Then I called RL, have not spoken to him for ages!!! It was great catching up, as usual he is swarmed with work, I gave my 2 cents worth of advice for him to relax.....(look who's talking yeah??!!) and as usual with the promise that we will catch up soon.

Actually I seldom take the effort to call friends. This is really my weakness - I am horrendous in keeping in touch with friends. I really must change. Starting today, I have to remind myself that I will make the effort!!

The great thing about good friends are no matter how far or how long we have not kept in touch, when we do, just a phonecall...it feels like just like old times. That's what I call "true friends"
